Engineer of the firm's proprietary optimization and research models designed to
incorporate current economic and market expectations and to eliminate the home
bias effect.
Yelenna Rondon founded the consulting firm in 2000 and has over 13 years of
investment experience. She works with institutional and private clients in all
aspects of the portfolio management process. She helps small business owners
develop comprehensive financial and business plans used to pursue financing
from the Small Business Administration and other lenders.
In the past, Yelenna worked at Salomon Smith Barney as a financial consultant.
Her experience in the investment industry includes planning, research and
analysis, discretionary portfolio management, management selection and
evaluation, attribution analysis, and development of asset allocation and portfolio
optimization techniques.
Yelenna Rondon earned a Master of Science in Investment Management with
High Honors from Boston University in 2007. She earned Bachelor Degrees of
Business Administration and Arts from Florida International University in 1997
and holds a Certificate for Financial Planning from Boston University. Yelenna is a
CFA Charter holder and a member of both, The Boston Security Analyst Society
and the CFA Institute.
Yelenna is an Assistant Professor at North Shore Community College and a
adjunct faculty instructor at Middlesex Community College.
